With this growth also the opportunities for volunteers to engage expand.<br \/>\nVoluntary work at cultural events is a chance to gain experience within the particular field, to grow in communication and working with other people as well as to be a part of the growth of a society. But the film festival is special \u2014 it is also a chance to see many, many great films!<\/p>\n<p>This year we welcome those interested to volunteer in various departments of the festival team:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>working with the international industry professionals and festival guests<\/li>\n<li>organizing screenings<\/li>\n<li>the making of events<\/li>\n<li>logistics<\/li>\n<li>decoration<\/li>\n<li>audiovisual media (photo and video)<\/li>\n<li>and other areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anyone over the age of 16 can become a volunteer at RIGA IFF \u2014 be it young or old \u2014 but should be ready to work at least 30 hours.
