European Script Meeting (ESM) links up various idea initiators of film projects with screenwriting professionals to negotiate their involvement \u2013 as writers, editors, script consultants, doctors, analysts, mentors etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

On October 23 \u2013 24, 2018, for the 4th time the meeting will bring together 10-12 selected screenwriters and 10-12\u00a0project representatives from all over Europe. The aim of the initiative is to foster new cross-border partnerships in order to develop screenplays for international audiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

The structure of the event is organized as individual one-on-one meetings but is not limited to it. To have a productive\u00a0setting for shaping new ideas within their initial conception, networking, crossover meetings and participant\u00a0brainstorming is encouraged regardless of the set event structure.<\/p>\n

To enter the meeting with your project, please fill out the application form below.\u00a0Please not that the event\u00a0is primarily focused on full-length fiction films at the early idea development stage but is open to all film types, genres and exhibition formats at any stage, as long as there is still need for the writer’s involvement.<\/span> In case you would like to\u00a0enter with various projects, please fill out the submission form repeatedly.<\/p>\n
